No paper waivers, no queue at check-in.

Put a link or QR code on the booking confirmation. Participants accept the waiver, enter their details and sign on their phone before they arrive. Every signed waiver is stored and searchable.

A signer on a phone reading the generated NDA before review
Adding a signature on a phone: type, draw or upload an image, with a drawn signature on the pad
Document signed on a phone, with the signature logged in the audit trail and every digital signature shown as valid
The problem

Clipboards, queues and lost paper.

Paper waivers at the door slow check-in down, get filled in badly and go missing exactly when you need one.

Build the template with AI

Let the AI assistant draft it

Open the template editor, switch to the Chat tab and paste this. Then review the result and adjust it by hand or by asking for changes.

Create a liability waiver for a climbing activity, with fields for the participant’s name, date of birth and emergency contact, an assumption-of-risk section, and a signature block for the participant.

The AI assistant is in the template editor on every plan and uses your plan’s monthly credits. It can make mistakes, so review the result, and have contract wording checked before you use it.
