Every answer becomes a finished, signed document.
Documentas fills your template with the respondent’s answers, tables included, and sends them straight to signing. Then your company signs, and everyone gets the copy.

From the last answer to the last signature.
Answers saved
The answers are saved first, so a submission is never lost.
Document filled
Your template is filled with the answers and a PDF is created and stored.
Both sides sign
The respondent goes straight to signing, with a backup link by email. Company counterparts get their own link once the respondent has signed.
Everyone gets the copy
The signed PDF is stored in Documentas and everyone receives the finished copy by email.
Both sides sign, in the right order.
Your CEO on an NDA, a manager on an employment contract, a landlord on a lease.
- Up to 3 people from your company sign every document a form sends, after the respondent
- They’re emailed only once the respondent has signed, so nobody signs an empty or abandoned document
- A Send now button sends early when you want to
- The template can print their names, so your signatory appears on the document

Every answer, exactly where you want it.
- Every answer, placed by field name, such as
{fullName}or{startDate} - Table answers as real table rows, such as order lines
- The respondent’s name, email and ID code
- Your company signatories’ names
- The form name and the submission time
- The documents the respondent accepted, with the time of each acceptance

Built so nothing gets stuck.
Test mode
Generated documents carry a PREVIEW stamp and use no credits, so you can try a form end to end.
Automatic retry
If a document couldn’t be generated, Documentas retries automatically. You can also regenerate it from the submission in one click.
Signing deadline
A document that isn’t signed within 30 days expires, and the submission records that. Unsigned contracts don’t stay open forever.
Your copy, or theirs
One switch decides whether respondents can download their document. Turn it off for internal assessments.
Stored in Documentas
Generated and signed PDFs are stored encrypted, with no expiry date, next to the answers.
A full timeline
Every submission shows invited, started, accepted, submitted, generated and signed, with times and IP addresses.
The limits, in plain numbers
| What | Limit |
|---|---|
| Company counterparts per form | 3 |
| To sign before a document expires | 30 days |
| On signed PDFs stored in Documentas | No expiry |
Paper records, replaced

The application allows for quick entry of the documentation required for administering the interpreting service.
A non-profit for deaf and hard-of-hearing people replaced paper interpreting records with a form that produces a signed report on submit.
Both teams built their forms with PDF Generator API Web Forms, the engine behind Documentas.
